Tester checklist

Try the paths that matter.

This checklist is for early testers. It focuses on whether CallTime feels reliable when preparing a show, running it live, recovering from mistakes, and exporting the final report.

Build a sheet

  • Create a new production with title, composer or author, date, performance number, and stage manager.
  • Add acts, intermissions, repeated cue labels, and at least one custom section.
  • Turn notes on and off and confirm the report preview stays readable.
  • Save the setup as a template and reopen it as a fresh run.

Run the show

  • Tap every cue in order and confirm the live screen stays stable.
  • Undo one cue, add it again, then add a note during the run.
  • Check elapsed time, act totals, music totals, and intermission totals.
  • Leave the app and come back to confirm the run is still recoverable.

Export and share

  • Open the Report tab and inspect page breaks, notes, repeated labels, and totals.
  • Use PDF and Share/Send on iPhone and desktop if available.
  • Export text, CSV, and spreadsheet formats for the same run.
  • Confirm saved reports can be reopened without changing the original run log.
